Application Process


Applying for the IPG program is as easy as 1-2-3

Submit your IPG application and fee online.

Submit all required documents on or before the application deadline.


Step 1

Minimum requirements for admission to the IPG program are:

  1. Letter of successful completion of the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) Evaluating exam www.pebc.ca.

  2. Valid English fluency test scores that meet the minimum requirement (minimum scores can be found at: http://www.ocpinfo.com/client/ocp/OCPHome.nsf/web/Language+Proficiency). The IPG program will accept scores within the “Standard Error of Measure”.

Originals and electronically scanned copies preferred.


Step 2

  • The IPG program has a rolling admissions policy. Applications are accepted and reviewed on a continual basis until all spaces are filled. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications well before the application deadline.

  • Application deadline for CPS I is midnight (EST). The application fee is $250 (CAD). This fee is non-refundable. Payment may be made by cheque (addressed to “University of Toronto” and sent to our mailing address) or credit card (through the online registration form or by calling the IPG office). Step 3

Your application will be complete only after you have submitted all required documents.  All applicants must submit:

  1. Letter of successful completion of the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) Evaluating. A photocopy of the results letter may be submitted.

  2. Valid English fluency test scores that meet the minimum requirement A photocopy of your result may be submitted.

  3. Recent resumé with current contact information.

  4. Copy of Canadian Status document (e.g. Canadian passport, permanent resident card or a Student Visa valid for the entire CPS I and CPS II sessions).
